It's been a year of triumphs and tribulations, and many of them are unequivocally notable. XBIZ Premiere names its annual list of the year's Top 100 newsmakers. Here they are:

ADAM & EVE

The juggernaut continued with a hound into the gay market, announcing an exclusive deal with gay producer Helix Studios and a dole out with Channel 1 Releasing (C1R) to bring its Rascal line of films to the VOD ensemble’s network of PPV theaters. Director Nica Noelle, who created Inamorato Video, Sweet Sinner and Sweet Sinema, also signed a production lot with the company for a new girl/girl studio, Candy Girl Films, and main film studio Hard Candy Films. The company also rolled out its RealTouch a software maturing kit and announced that it would cease sales of the devices through third-party distributors and grass on directly.
