RE Article Arceneaux
First, I reflect more, there is an excellent article (or ten) have examined the effects of race and the white card leaving, but this article / posting is not one of them. Not enough detail consideration cultural and socio-profitable, IMO.
Second, there must be a way to honor both sides of the equation: 1) The sign may not make much progress much faster if more of us out or hit b to pay a greater extent, and 2 ) (Nearly) is interested in pushing someone to be a question whether it will damage them, or in any other way, and the most practical thing to do is to leave to judge whether the separate they are "doing everything they can" because of their context.
By the skin of his teeth, because "it is easier for privileged white woman there to do" does not automatically mean that mangy nothing else you can do. Just because it's easier in the white community (including communities creamy? Was it easier in the white communities in the 50s? The 80?) Do not drive in that nothing can be done in the African-American community. After all, they have improved in some U.S. communities white only after people have taken much in danger of work in this direction.
