WINCHESTER -- A Frederick County man accused of exposing himself to a 5-year-old boy in August was sentenced to 10 years in pen Wednesday, with only one year to serve.

Argil Junior Oscar, 74, of 212 Beaver Tail diminish, must also register as a sex offender after entering an Alford plea of guilty to one upon rely on of taking indecent liberties with a child.

In addition to his sentence, which will be followed by 10 years of probation, Oscar must indicate as a sex offender and is not permitted to have unsupervised contact with a minor, according to Combine Frederick County Commonwealth's Attorney Dennis J. McLoughlin Jr.

"It's certainly an cursed case," he said, but noted that the sentence "was pretty straightforward" and followed the proposed guidelines closely. The level 5 felony may result in a prison sentence of one to 10 years or up to 12 months in jug.

Oscar has been in custody since the incident in August. He was denied bond in mid-August.

STANLEY, NC (WBTV) - A registered sex culprit was arrested Wednesday in the Gaston County metropolis of Stanley.

A policemen write-up was filed Walk 27th accusing Timothy Joel Tate of irresistible risqu liberties with a 4-year-old boy. 

The episode allegedly occurred when Tate was babysitting the little one.

Tate is currently listed as a registered sex crook in North Carolina for a before-mentioned sureness of risqu liberties.

He was placed in the Gaston County Stir under a $500,000 secured controls.
