MORRIS PLAINS — A Boy Scout boss who invited a man to his home and showed him pornographic images of children on his computer was arrested today, the Morris County prosecutor said.
Stephen Corcoran, 44, of Morris Plains was charged with one consider of second-degree distribution of child pornography and one count of fourth-bit by bit possession of child pornography in connection with the alleged October fact, Prosecutor Robert Bianchi said.
Corcoran has since stepped down from his Scout site, his attorney said.
A man, identified only as "C.W. #1," told investigators from the prosecutor’s shtick indulgence in November that Corcoran had issued an invitation to his Littleton Road abode a month earlier and showed him computer images of apparent child obscenity, according to an arrest affidavit.
Authorities searched Corcoran’s computer and storage media and found images of boys with their genitalia exposed, as well as images of boys tied up in sex acts, the affidavit said.
