MONTGOMERY, Alabama -- A Montgomery Queen's convicted of distributing more than 600 child pornography images over the internet was sentenced today to 108 months in federal detention centre.
Frederick Ball Matthews, 48, pleaded guilty in November last year to
using a out-to-peer file sharing software application to distribute
infant pornography to other individuals during a six-month period
in 2010.
A statement today from U.S. Attorney George Beck's auspices said Homeland Security Investigations seized from him two computers and several electronic storage devices containing over 200,000 images and 8,000 videos of youngster pornography. In addition, videos of young
boys showering at the establishment Matthew recorded using a hidden camera also were confiscated.
