Four teenagers have been arraigned on charges of manslaughter and set assault after allegedly beating 18-year-old Anthony Coallo to termination outside a Woodhaven party on Saturday, all while yelling anti-gay slurs, even though Coallo's friends said he was not gay. Now, NYPD Commissioner Ray Kelly says the occasion , "appears to have all the elements of a hate crime and now a hate wrong homicide." Police have also arrested a fifth suspect , who has been charged with manslaughter and assault as animosity crimes.

According to the criminal complaint, an assailant armed with a metal rod and another with a cane when they face Coallo. Coallo left the party when one of the attackers reportedly shouted, "get the f - k on the front, this is my hood," and chased Coallo to the terrace. The witness said Erol Bal NY1, "I was in my bed and I heard many harsh side, many children running around banging on trash cans and breaking trifocals ... Then I began to hear a lot of cursing, a lot of, 'Get the parent id ---- I heard many such complaints. Basically, I heard many cries.I watched the skin of the window and saw a group of individuals through the window at the back well enough to attack this man. I have not had a look suitable for everyone. I ended up calling the police.
