U.S., MEXICO Hunt for the same rules GULF DRILLING

Regulators drilling off the Consistent States and Mexico met Monday in Mexico City in order to strengthen the rules governing oil and gas exploration in the Gulf. Interior Secretary Ken Salazar said the goal was a "gold standard" for all drilling in the Gulf, if it occurs in the U.S. or Mexican territorial waters.

Series, have a coal-black Labrador retriever called Toby.  I pet a frail influence with them since this blog's mascot, the ever-goofy Diminutive Companion, is such an weighty part of my moving spirit.  (I would be departed without our golden pooch.)  Toby looks like a younger dog to me - about a year old, I'd speculate.  I say this because wicked labs start getting waxen hair's breadth on their chins after 24 months, which gives them a rather ivory-towered countenance (perfectly at odds with the strain's puckish stripe).
